Engines and performance
2011 Buick Enclave offers a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. In both cases, the power plant is a 3.6-liter V6 that delivers 288 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed automatic is standard.
EPA estimates fuel economy stood at 17 mpg highway mpg and 19 mpg city/24 combined for front-wheel drive models, while all-wheel drive versions Rates 16/22/18. With the optional towing package, an enclave towing up to £ 4500.
Security
Stability control, side airbags for front seats and full length side curtain airbags are standard on all 2011 Buick Enclave. The enclave brake test came to a stop 60 km / h in 139 meters. There is a rather long braking distance for this segment, and both Ford Flex and Mazda CX-9 is better.
The new government, a center for crash tests more demanding in 2011, earned a top five-star enclave for overall performance, with four out of five stars awarded for the first protection against impacts and five stars for side impact protection . The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety tests, the Enclave has received the highest score of "good" in frontal offset and side impact tests.

Interior Design and Special Features
Enclave cabin has a cozy atmosphere with its upscale and elegant dash wood grain messages. There are chrome everywhere, though, which means dazzling reflections when the sun is at certain angles. Two other drawbacks include small and indistinct buttons for audio and climate control, and outward visibility is compromised more than competitive vehicles.
On the positive side, the Enclave is a crossover SUV market bigger. There are 19 cubic feet of usable space behind the third row of seats, 68 cubic feet with the 60/40 third row folded sections on the floor and a large (but not quite minivan degree) 116 cubic feet per second row folded . The third row access is facilitated by a tilt feature and sliding the second row of seats, but some flexibility is still needed to go back, and the third row of the Enclave is more oppressive than the Ford Flex.
Driving Impressions
"Carlike" is a term often used for crossover SUV. It is not entirely applicable to the giant 2011 Buick Enclave, which tipped the scales at nearly 5000 pounds with four-wheel drive, yes, we noticed that the enclave is felt more and more heavily on the route crosses some rival.
However, 3.6-liter V6 engine of the Enclave is powerful enough in most situations, and while the handling is not alive or inspiring, it is stable and secure. For 2011 Buick Enclave also shines on the road with his travels quiet ride and suspension compliance.
