On Monday we presented this week�s shifter and asked you to identify the make and model of the vehicle from whence it came. We thought the anonymity of this week�s shifter would pose more of a challenge than it did. Instead, Ryan May not only identified the shifter as belonging to a Daewoo Nubira, but also recalled which comparison test the Nubira participated in. Ryan will receive a Save the Manuals magnet and sticker as a reward.
The Nubira pictured here is from the Little Cars 6.1 comparison test of 13 economy cars in our June 2000 issue. The Daewoo scored a 12th-place finish ahead of the Kia Spectra, and behind a Toyota Echo and a Suzuki Esteem that tied for tenth place.
